Theatr Iolo
A scoping exercise to find a new headquarters building and rehearsal space for Theatr Iolo.
Theatr Iolo is a travelling theatre group that works throughout Wales but is based in central Cardiff. We worked with a business planner to develop an assessment of the financial viability of the project.
The project included research into available properties throughout the Cardiff area, potential partnering organisations, costs for the refurbishment and development of operational costs. We produced a matrix of possible spaces and a full SWOT analysis, and through a managed workshop with the client body arrived at a conclusion for the organisation.
