Dow Jones Architects

This project provides a new pavillion at the new Chalke Valley cricket ground. Set beneath a soaring chalk escarpment and the hills of Salisbury Plane, the form of the building echoes the unique local topography.

The building would be made of a timber frame clad entirely in timber shingles which ground it in its locale, and provides a tea room with changing rooms, kitchen and a viewing veranda.
