The stone barn in the grounds of Hope Farm has been in a state of near collapse for many years. We are now restoring it and modifying it to work as a games room and den for the main house. New openings are being made to connect the building to a reworked landscape between the barn and the house. An air source heat pump provides the heating and hot water for the project and delivers a low carbon future for the building.
